■有償対応の金額
・PayPalやクレジット会社等から返金される場合→商品価格の100％
・返金がない場合→商品価格の80％
※海外は送料弊社負担、PayPalで一括前払いのみ・PayPal手数料お客様負担。
※国内は送料・代引手数料弊社負担、代金引換発送のみ。

For the customers who ordered with BIC, paid for them and got refunded from PayPal/Credit Card Company.
—> 100 % of the item price is required as the fee.
For the customers who ordered with BIC, paid for them and DID/WILL NOT get refunded from PayPal/Credit Card Company.
—> 80% of the item price is required as the fee.
– The shipping fee will be on PetWORKs.
– PayPal fee (JPY40 + 3.9% of the total) will be on customers.
– Full payment via EMS in advance is required.

Procedure

1) Please give us the following information sending an email to “dollhelp@petworks.co.jp ” by June 6, 2011.
– Your name.
– Email address.
– The item list of your order with BIC.
– Evidence of your order (Receipts or emails).
– If your payment was/will be refunded or not.
– Shipping address (country, postal code).
– Phone number.
– Your PayPal account.
2) We will reply to you starting from June 20, 2011.
– If the requested items are available.
– Invoice for the items.
– PayPal money request for the item fee.
# Full payment for all the items is required at once, in advance.
# The items will be shipped out via EMS when each item is ready.
# These items will not be able to shipped together with other items in our store.
# The information of you and your order will be passed on to BIC or a former employee of BIC for a check.
# We might not able to accept your request later than June 6, 2011.
